What do you think about Twitter and Facebook? Would you get rid of it?

Hey, like almost every person in highschool. I have a Twitter, Facebook, Instagram...whatever itll be in a year. But I'm really considering just deleting it. Why? Because what it comes down to is wasting time, could ruin potential friends (The girl I took to hc hasnt followed me back, I now dont know if she's interested. Or, they didn't follow me back they must not like me.) and eventually drama. Yes, I've lost friends because of twitter and facebook. So after thinking about it. What's holding me back from getting rid of it all? If you want to answer with why you like any of this stuff and if you think I should get rid of mine please answer
Yeah that's a good point. I like fb but our stupid school is all like "OMG twitter is better because fb is old!" and it's not arguing. Like my tweets for a good 2 weeks were pretty depressing because of a breakup and I lost some friends because they just had to make fun of me for it (they've never been in a relationship they dont know lol)

Its not facebooks fault for the arguments, is the people on it! I like facebook, just to chat to people and see whats going on, and songpop! I don't use twitter, never will.
