Facebook photo privacy settings help?
So I posted a photo on one of my friend's (lets pretend her name is Sammy) Facebook wall and tagged myself in the photo on the wall because I want to show the picture to my family... but it only allows the friends of Sammy to see the picture... not my friends even though I'm tagged in it?! How do I change that? I have timeline if that's any help.

you would want to post it on your own profile, not your friend's profile

but you can like or comment the item and that action will be shared with your friends in your friends' tickers

If it's posted to Sammy's Facebook, she gets to control who sees it, if she has to manually approve tags, etc. Plenty of people will limit whatever shows up on their Facebook to only their friends, even if they allow other people to post there.

If you want your own friends to see it, post it to your own Facebook and tag her in it. You can tag her in it, and it's up to her to approve the tag.

You get to control what's on your account a lot more than you can control anything on hers.

post it on your wall and tag your friend in it. If your friends cannot see it still, look for a small lock icon under the picture and click it. From there you can adjust the settings to just you seeing it, your friends seeing it, or friends of your friends seeing it.
