Just go on someones profile, who already has facebook timeline. On the top of the page, you'll see some informations about new facebook look. Click on Learn more, and then it will transfer you to Facebook timeline page, where you can activate it. Click Get Timeline, and you've got it

Its so simple from now on because Facebook has activate Timeline features to all Facebook users so just go to below link

than scroll to down and you will see a Get Timeline Button click on it and finally click Publish Now.

Hurrrray!!! Now you are using Facebook Timeline.

Note: After activating Facebook Timeline you will not revert back to your Old Facebook Profile view.

u should go on
settings ---> profile ---> then u will find everything there

You could just wait for it to be enabled on your account or go to http://facebook.com/timeline & accelerate it there.

Make note that Timeline is the eventuality. No going back if you don't like it.
