Have any Facebook petition groups served their purpose?

Hello!

Has any Facebook group petition group ever done what they set out to do after they got all their signatures?

I know there are hundreds of fun ones but i'm talking about the ones that have a real purpose in mind..as in saving the dolphins or stopping this kind of hunting or that kind of cruelty..

I've never heard of any that have.

I think Social Interview did i know they had a 10 Question Limit and They Got people To Sign a Petition And The Limit Was Lifted
