Is this OCD, OCPD, or something else?

Is this OCD, OCPD, or something else?
I would keep checking to see if my alarm is set for the right time, that would take at least 30 minutes. But I kinda grew outta that. Also, I have a desk with my computer, printer, stapler, pencil holder, and hand sanitizer on it. I always make sure everything is where it should be; my printer on the left side of the desk, my pc on the right, and my stapler, pencil holder, and hand sanitizer in a straight line in the middle. If anyone moves it, I quickly put it back to it's right place. Furthermore, I'm always having the same thoughts about the same thing. I'm constantly thinking about it, which makes me feel uncomfortable and depressed. It usually goes away, but then all of the sudden the thought comes back. Another thing is that I need everything to be clean, and organized, I feel that organization and cleanliness is the key to success, but I also feel that I am too organized and in too much detail. For example, on your facebook profile, in the "about you" section, I included everything I know about myself. EVERYTHING. And on Twitter, I would write the EXACT same thing as I did on facebook. I also feel like everyone should have a specific schedule for the day. Another thing is that I clean all my pairs of shoes each day. If I don't, I wouldn't feel right. Again, I feel like it's right, but I also sense that it's just too much. Also, while shopping, if I buy a certain type of shampoo and conditioner, such as Suave, I MUST get Suave body wash, so it matches, or else I wouldn't feel right. At school, my friends did always tell me that I am way to organized. Basically, I feel like everything should be detailed, organized, and clean, I have reoccurring thoughts that make me depressed, and I feel like I must be on a specific schedule. Please, no rude comments or answers. I'm very serious about this. Oh, and I just turned 14 yesterday (if age even matters.) So do you think it's OCD, OCPD, or something else?

I think it could be those, as well as anxiety and depression. Please see a doctor and get counselling and anti depressants and anti anxiety tablets, which can help OCD too. It will also help your mental health if you exercise, eat healthily and take EPA fish oils and a multi vitamin.
