What's Up w/ the New Facebook Privacy Changes?

I've noticed everything I do on facebook is visible on my news/live feeds. like if I add a friend, write on a friends wall, update my profile. things I don't want visible for any1 else 2 see but myself....because I can this on my news feeds can every1 else? like it doesn't even ask me if I want to publish it or not it just does it...Does any1 have an idea?? Thank you!!!!

I think that there are privacy settings, but tbh since it's posting everyone else's updates etc. the live feed changes too fast for everyone to see it... Not really a big deal, just majorly annoying.
You can hide statuses from people though. Sorry I couldn't help.
