Is there a way to disallow web-ads that have audio?
I can't stand this one ad that is on facebook. It says

"Congratulations, you have been selected to receive a free (wal-mart gift card, laptop, etc.)"

Is there an internet setting to prevent this from happening. It's really annoying.

I recommend using the Adblock Plus extension for Firefox. Once you install the extension for Firefox, all you need to do is add the EasyElement+Easylist filter so all the ads are blocked for you. You can also just block individual ads.
