Fifa 13 Ultimate Team problem?

For some strange reason, my account have been blocked. When i try to log in to the web app it said i was blocked, but now it says it the wrong email/password. I do not understand why, because i havent done anything wrong. I was able to log in yesterday, and all i did was open the free packs i got and sell/buy a few players.

On their twitter page they said "Permanent bans for FIFA 13 FUT have been served to all users who attempted to gain an unfair advantage." How have i gained an unfair advantage?

I would just like to know how i can get back on. I do not want to start over again, cause ive got some good players. I have tried to contact ea, but i do not get any help from them.
