how can i remove a picture off someone Else's profile on facebook?
Okay i have been given shit for this picture my father took of my for a photography competition and i used it as my profile picture on Myspace for a couple of years. After i stopped using Myspace i went to Facebook as most people did. A few more years later a person at my school googled my name and my profile picture (which is incredibly embarrassing) pops up. He immediately makes multiple copies of the image and sends it to other people. I removed the myspace account, permanently removing the image from Google but now its on Facebook posted by some asshole in my grade.

I'm constantly getting bullied now because of it and it is really putting me down. I complained about this to my IT teacher and Facebook itself, both of which did nothing about it. Now im contemplating taking legal action to the poster of the image on facebook and also maybe flashing some laws to facebook to HOPEFULLY permanently remove it forever.

My question is, are there any laws in Australia NSW that protects minors privacy online? Or maybe infringement rights?

Any view on the current situation would be Incredibly helpful.

You tell them to delete it or if you posted it then click the picture then click delete.

If the photo of is of you with no clothes on or doing something of a sexual nature, then it is child pornography. Tell the police.
It is not against the law for people to post unflattering photos of others, especially as you yourself posted it in the first place.
You may be able to do something through the civil court system or through the police if this is part of a pattern of stalking or harassment. Stalking is to do with the intent of the act. If it is part of a campaign done with menace and harassment then it could be an offense. If this is the case then contact Police and do not de-friend or report them to Facebook. This is because Facebook may delete the account and all the evidence Police will need to prosecute will be gone.
Meanwhile it's a good lesson in being aware of your digital footprint and cleaning up your online accounts.
I'd also suggest you talk to your parents about this. Perhaps your mother or father could ring the parents of this other kid and ask them to get it taken down.
If you need to speak with someone about this you can ring the Kids helpline on 1800 551800 or chat with them via their website http://www.kidshelp.com.au/
