I have too many ´groups´in my Facebook account, how do I delete them?

I can´t seem to be able to find a place where I can find and delete the groups I have on Facebook -some are too old and I need them gone!! How?

I think you'd have to click on the name of the group and then click unlike on their page.

Hi,click on the group you want to leave,if you want the group to be totally gone with no peoples on it,go members on your right hand side and press the x beside them. Than if finish kicking them out of the group, go back your group and on your right hand side there should be a leave this group or related to that. And tada completed,hope this helps.

If you are the admin and you want the whole group to be deleted, then click on members and delete every single person, then leave the group yourself.

If you are admin and want to just leave the group click on Leave This Group.

If you are not admin, then you can not delete the whole group your only choice to leave the group.
