How many facebook friends can i add with out getting blocked?

So facebook deleted my old account because it says you must be 13 to have a facebook account and i am i'm 15 and whenever i send them an email they don't reply back...
so i have to make a new one i had around 600 friends on my old account...but how many friends can i add at one time with out getting blocked because i remember if you add more then like 50 people the disable you from addding people

May be, but not sure. It means you would create some violation on Facebook which is Facebook not allowed.
