The new Facebook - Apps ?

So i just starting using the new facebook but i was wondering ,
When you first click on your profile i noticied that only the wall
`your friends
Photos
Groups
Notes
(the normal stuff facebook came with in the first place)
on your profile. How do i get certain apps like friend grid onto my main profile page instead of just in my boxes?

On the top navigation bar, click Applications - All Applications.

Next, click the pencil next to the app you wish to add to your page. Then click Profile on the window that pops up. From there you can choose to "add box to profile" or there may even be a possibility of adding a "tab to profile."

Adding a non-standard facebook app (ie: not one of the ones you mentioned) will create a Boxes tab on your profile, where all these apps will go. From the Boxes tab you have the ability to move some apps around to other places of your profile. For example, Pieces of Flair and Top Friends let you add a mini version to the Wall/Info tab. To move a box (or check to see if it can be moved) to another tab, click the pencil in the upper corner of that app's box in the Boxes tab. It will either give you the choice to move the box or to delete it from your profile. Developers are continually improving their apps to adjust to the new facebook interface so check periodically. Of course, you can still move around apps on your Boxes tab, just like with the old facebook style.
