How to block facebook apps from posting on other peoples walls?

I have te 21 questions app. People answer questions and I want to know who. but to do that u have to answer a ridiculous amount of questions. For some reason these questions keep posting on the wall of the person whos question I answered. How do I stop this?

there should be a little box below the questions saying to not notify friend and will not send
so click on that

This Person must do the following:
Hover over the upper right corner of the application story and a "Hide" button will appear. By clicking on the "Hide" button, two more buttons will appear to hide the friend who is sharing the story, or hide the application. Clicking on the latter will prevent all stories from that particular application from appearing on your home page. If the story is from an application that was created using a separate parent application, all stories from the parent application will also be prevented from appearing on your home page.
