Why is my PC slower and programs being downloaded by themselves?
So for like 5 months I've been experiencing the internet get stuck loading or not load at all. When I go to Facebook, YouTube or any other website it will not load something like an image, Ad, text, or any other thing. I have to refresh the page to load up again. Also I'm not sure if its my modem (My modem is 5 years old and is 2wire) doing this problem, because anything connected to it is disconnecting constantly or gets stuck loading too, like my P.S.3 or phone. But at the same time I dont because my computer started getting slower too. My Start Up takes a bunch, like 5-8 mins. I disabled almost every program and its still slow (My PC is only 3 years old). Also bad programs get installed on my PC, but this happened way before it got slower. I'm not sure if this happened because my lil bro downloaded something called "blinx beat" and maybe that was bad or not but IDK. When I scanned for viruses (Full Scan) nothing showed up, it just got rid of some bad cookies like always (I have Trend Micro BTW). Any ways I don't know how to fix it, if you need more details just ask me.

Download Malwarebytes and scan for viruses. It is free.

It sounds like you have a bunch of malware installed, your trend micro will only get rid of the low level stuff, you need to download , install then run a full scan malwarebytes, its free and it gets rid of the nasty stuff your anti-virus cant, once that is done download and install and then run a scan with superantispyware, this is also free and good. after you have done all that I can asure you it will runs allot better.
