Droid 4 not working? Help?
I bought a Droid 4 from a Verizon store about a month ago. This morning I was going through my normal stuff, facebook, apps, whatever. Then my phone went completly blank. I tried resetting it, putting on the charger, and it won't do anything at all. (The phone was fully charged by the way) I called Verizon, and they told me to reset it again, and it still wouldn't do anything. The only options I have left is to take it to a store, and see if it's a battery malfunction, or they'll send me a lovely refurbished piece of crap. :/ I'd prefer not to get a refurbished phone, (I've had trouble with them in the past) so I'll probably ending up buying a new one. Has anyone had this problem with this type of phone before, or have any suggestions on how to fix it??
I asked Verizon if they would send me a new one since I haven't had the phone very long, and they refused. They also told me that this was a hardware glitch, but normally resetting it fixed the problem.....execpt in my case.

I had problems with my wife's D4. The refurbished phone sent to us was good though. I think that the build quality of the D4 was a little disappointing. Verizon should give you a brand new one after such a short time, but they probably won't. I don't think there is a phone with excellent build quality and software performance anymore.
Edit: Verison can be very difficult. Go to the Verizon wireless website and find the part where you can email them. If their answer is lame keep emailing untill a person calls you. You should be given a new phone.
