Question about sexual advances on twitter?
Some girl wants to press charges against some guy she has never met before and doesn't know that well for sexual advances on twitter. The guy isn't really saying sexual stuff to her on twitter as she claims. She's just mad because he's just bothering her in a non-sexual way. Actually she said he's sexually harassing her on twitter but I don't see that much harassment on twitter unless it's through direct messages or I'm missing something and she could be telling the truth. Well we know sexual harassment is punishable by law but it's online. They never met before and she can block him. What are the chances that she'll win the case and have him charged or even convicted?
If you needed extra information, he doesn't have her phone number and doesn't know where she lives. Actually she said she can get his IP address. How do you do that on twitter? Twitter doesn't provide IP addresses. Ads |
