Is it legal to use a name of another company in an ad?
Im making a website that will compete another website, and I am getting ads made so I can submit them to google ads and facebook ads. And in these ads I want to say something along the lines of "lower fees than (other company)" and I was just wondering if I could do that, or if I could run into legal trouble with that other company. Thanks

its better to say best product with cheapest price ever than saying lower price than other company for u to be safe
