How do i change the groups displayed on the left on facebook?

There are usually 3 groups that show up on the left of my facebook home page and i'm wondering how to change which groups are displayed on the left.

it depends what you want to do to the groups...

1. You want to delete yourself from a group. Click on the group name. Under the members there are three options, the third one is leave group. No one will be notified if you leave.

2. Start a group. Click start a group and viola.

3. Change which three groups are shown on your homepage. Go to your homepage. On the left sidebar they will show your top three groups. Click see all groups. Click on a group you want shown on your homepage. It will take you to the groups page. On the top right it will say "edit settings" click on that. On the pop up change the setting under "Show this group in home navigation:."
