What do i do about my friends parents?

my friends parents are forcing him not to speak to me because they think im a stalker. the thing is i graduated from high school last year and my friend is a senior this year. they think im a stalker because i go see him whenever he gets out of school. I wouldnt have to do this but its the only way i can see him because his parents keep grounding him for stupid reasons. recently he and i had an arguement because i tell alot of dirty jokes, mostly over text (again, i never see him because of them.) and his mom read some of them and now both his parents think im a stalker and a sexual predator. imy friends and i tell him that he should erase his messages but he always says "i cant, if i do then they just look them up online." anyway, i went to his house so i could talk to his mom and clear things up but she wouldnt listen she just kept treating me like a criminal. then last week i told him that i needed to talk to him and that i would wait for him after he got out of school, but before i could see him his dad drove up to me saying "stop ******* stalking him you ******* ******, i'll call the ******* cops." the thing that bugs me is that they think im a sexual predator because i tell dirty jokes, yet they allow his uncle to stick a golf club up his shorts and touch his private parts with it. those people are a danger to him. a few months ago they grounded him and restricted him from going to the bathroom because he was talking to a girl who was a friend on facebook and his mom called him a piece of ****. both the police and cps have been called on these people but they make the my friend and his sisters lie so they wont go to jail. i need some help here because i have to help my friend. who knows what theyll do to me or him next. theyre already talking crap about my family. someone help.
