i dont trust those ads on facebook i wanna make sure . thanks!

No most likely not but if you wanna check up download avg its free virus software and its pretty good. Plus you can get a trial of the full version.

Nissan are a reputable company, so you should be ok.

BTW if you dont want to see ads on facebook you should get yourself the FB Purity browser extension. it not only hides the ads but also hides sponsored stories in the newsfeed, and application / game spam etc etc, it does a really good job of cleaning facebook up.
