There any way can view facebook privacy profile pictures before add as friend? like when i go on youtube ask for help they don't asp how can i get them too re pond them? it search called i guess hack facebook view privacy

If they have not accepted your friend request, then their private photos, notes, etc.. will remain private. If you want them to respond faster try sending a private message (this can be sent to anyone [that doesn't have you blocked], regardless of whether you are their friend or not).
