Facebook is asking for a security check, but I have a new number now. How can I change it?

Facebook is asking for a security check the problem is i dont have the number anymore, so my number is new how can i change the phone number registered on my facebook account?
When i login it automatically go to the security question, which state there that they sended me a code into my number registered on facebook. But the number registered on my facebook was years ago and i dont have that anymore. What i got is my new number.
Anyone please, i need more answers.
I'm talking about my main facebook account which i got all my love ones, friends.

You can send an email to Facebook to look into this query as you don't have the old phone number as they have some alternate methods which can make your new number link into this account. Hope you get positive and quick reply from Facebook.

I don't know the email id but there are 2 ways in which you could find it

1. Google Search

2. Open the email id that receives your facebook notifications as you have not opened it properly, there should be a mail stating " BRICE,HERE'S SOME ACTIVITY YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED ON FACEBOOK" ( if you dont have it, then dont open your account for 3 days at a stretch and you will get it )
Message your queries to that email.
