How to get my Facebook profile to do the timeline thing...?

I just want to know how to get my facebook profile to switch over to timeline instead of the regular profile... if you could make them detailed instructions, that would be great... Thanks

This link will explain all about the timeline & how it is better than a profile
2. A link will create your timeline.. you have it for 7 days before it goes public, just in case you like your profile more.
