Suspended Twitter account?

My Twitter account got suspended because I signed up for a service to get more followers and that violated the terms of service (obviously I didn't know it was against the rules!) I've tried writing and asking to get reinstated but they won't even return my message. My question is: Can I cancel the account that is suspended and open another one using the same e-mail address? I'm really not tech savvy so I am at a total loss as to what I can and can't do. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Nope sorry, that e-mail has been banned from the system, when you signed up there was a box that asked if you read and understood the term of service, it states in there what the rules are for their site. only think you can do is get a new e-mail account ie google,msn, yahoo gmail exct. and make a new account
