I cannot change my avatar!!?

So I have an uploaded pic as my yahoo picture. So, I created an avatar, saved it, added it to favorites. Then I went to YA and went to my profile. My profile shows my screename and picture, and when I put my mouse over the picture it says "change picture." So I click that, and the only options I am given is Upload a pic, use the one I have up already, use a facebook pic, or not use any picture. Nothing about avatars! Please help me.

You have the same problem as hundreds or thousands of people who have been waiting since July for Yahoo to fix the avatar glitches since the middle of July. Fixing the YA avatar glitches are one of the last things Yahoo does during software system updates. Fixing YA avatar glitches are not high priority problems for Yahoo.

many glitches that occurs:

-->can't choose Best Answer(s).
-->can't change avatar/profile pictures.
-->gain multiple(double and sometimes even triple) points for a single Best Answer.
-->can't answer question(s).
-->question(s) goes to vote by itself.

We just have to wait for Yahoo to fix by itself.
