Your going to have to study her body language to make the move on the kiss. If she gives you that "look" and she seems to be feeling that connection, then you have to move in for the kiss. Girls don't like when they have to make the first move, Men are Men when they are confident & brave. Girls find that attractive, you need to show confidence but also signs of nervousness, because girls thinks you really care. You have to have the right mood ! You can't just be all with your friends when you do it. Maybe ask her out on a date to the movies or dinner. You can always go on a walk and bring your pets or not whatever ! But go for it kissing is really no biggie if she doesn't want to then shell back away and it might be awkward for a sec but if not your gettin lucky take the risk....
