Can I pay once off and up front for google ads, myspace ads or facebook ads?

As far as I am aware, google ads, facebook ads and myspace ads are charged per click or per view of your ad. And you are charged then accordingly. However, is there a way of paying a fixed rate, for a fixed time period, up front, so you don't have to worry about it again until the fixed time period is up?
