How to find a certain person's groups on Facebook?

I just wanna ask if there are ways to find the groups of a certain person on Facebook.
I want to see the groups of this person I'm friends with but I don't know how.

You can click on their friends and if they allow you to see their list of friends along with their list of groups and pages, it will give you the option to click on those. If they have chosen to not share that information, you will not be able to see it.
