how can i report fake facebook profile to delete it permanently?

somebody create fake faacebook profile and bother me i report to facebook too. but what can i do effective
it could use post something agine me!!!
it could use some post agine me!!! actually it infringe my intellectual property!!
already use "Report/Block this Person", but it blocked just for me not for all of my add list!

You can report it but they are under no obligation to remove it. Just because something is a "bother" to you doesn't mean it is against their rules.

clicking the "Report/Block this Person" link in the bottom left column of the profile, selecting "Fake profile".
