Facebook Infringment rights!!!!!!!?????PLEASE ANSWER! 10 EASY POINTS?
I recently attended KISS concert in Allegan, and I took some photo's of Paul and Gene and set one of them as my profile pic, my dad says that we don't the pics. What should I do?

Once you post a picture, technically, Facebook owns it. However, you are the photographer, so there are no infringement rights violated. You're fine using this as your profile pic...as long as you're not trying to defraud anyone by claiming you are Paul or Gene.
