If I make a facebook page, will people know it's mine?

When I make it, will my friends see that I made a page? If someone goes on my page, will they know it was made by me?

If you use an email your friends know they can find your page through your email, yes...and if you use your real name then they will know it's you obviously...if you want to make a private Facebook then create a new email just for Facebook and use a false name.
