blocking/deleting accounts and facebook apps?

if somebody deletes their facebook, on apps like graffiti wall and top friends, do they completely dissapear, or just their name and picture? the same for blocking. does anybody know the answer to this? because i am not sure if someone has blocked me or actually deactivated their account, because i can't see their wall posts or search them, but on other accounts i cannot search them either, and on my account, their picture and name has deleted from people's top friends and graffiti walls, but their is still a question mark in their old space as well as their graffiti there (you just cannot see the name/pic). you cannot see wall posts they ahve posted on my account, either. thanks for the help!

Yes this means their facebook profile has been deleted by them, or the facebook team
