I can't change my profile picture?

I start by doing this:

Go to your upper left screen,where you can see"Hi[your name].Click it and click"Profile"

Point your mouse cursor to your current pic frame and click when you can see a pencil icon and"change picture"

I then get 3 options: no picture, facebook and my previous picture which I no longer want to use. I want to browse my images and upload from there but I can't see any upload option

Click on your photo where it say change photo and then click on the arrow this should take you to your folder where you keep all of your photos in..Click on pictures or download and then click on a photo you want and then you can either enlarge the face or leave it and then click on save..
You have your setting on unhide to be able to do this..

Don't forget to click the "Save changes" button several times. Yahoo probably still has not fixed the avatar glitches. I've been waiting THREE months to update my avatar, and then Yahoo froze my YA profile more than three weeks ago. Avatar glitches are the last thing that Yahoo fixes during a system software update. Fixing avatar glitches are not high priority.

IF there's "Browse" button, click that, but the image needs to be on YOUR hard-drive BEFORE you can upload it by browsing through the files and folders on your hard drive or you have to link Your yahoo email account to your face-book account before you can upload an image.

2 ways to do it.
Go to My Activity, top center, click Edit my Preferences then click Update Picture or Avatar, all your images will be displayed. Click on a image or avatar a orange box will appear around it,
you can remove it or select it as your display avatar. You can also upload new images from here. After you select a display image click SUBMIT at the bottom of the next page.

On the next page click on the box where your ! avatar is. On the next page under your avatar click change picture.

If you want a custom avatar go to one of these sites and make a custom avatar, save it to your computer and upload it as a picture.

I think it is a bad glitch because i am still unable to get my yahoo avatar uploaded here

Go to view my Yahoo profile, click edit then click change picture. It will tell you to upload a pic from your computer and what size it should be. Just follow the instructions. Make sure your pulse is not set to private as that stops it from appearing, If this fails then it is due to the glitch many users have noticed. Yahoo are aware of it and are supposed to be sorting it.
