Make profile picture private on new facebook?

I feel like a moron for posting this question, but here it goes...
Where do I go on the new facebook profile to edite my album settings, including* my profile picture album? I went on privacy settings but I can't find the page I'm looking for.
If anyone knows, could you please send me the link?

You can not do this.

You can't hide your profile picture, but you can hide your profile album. Just go to privacy settings.

then click on setting and customize and u can pick for only you can see ur profile pic or you can hide it from certain ppl by typing in there names
