facebook privacy settings not working?

hey everyone, on facebook i have all my profile locked down so no one can see anything without adding me, they can only see my name, profile picture, and gender. I am trying to set my Favorite Quotations box into a "read before you add" kind of area, i have changed Favorite Quotations to public and kept everything else as private. But when i go onto my profile and choose view as, then click the public button, it doesn't show, it just shows my gender, profile pic and name. I have looked though all the settings for privacy (in which i can see) and made sure Favorite Quotations is public but its just not showing, i don't know if it will help but i am also under 18, thanks to anyone that helps !
