is it possible to hide mutual friends on facebook?

my current gf and my ex gf are facebook friends.

my ex gf and me are now facebook freinds.

is there a way to mess with the settings so that when my gf looks at me and her "mutual friends", my ex gf wont show up as one of them?

Goto>> Friend list >> click<Edit>

Set "Who can see your full friend list on your timeline?" and set option to <Only me>

If you have the old profile then you can go to Edit profile and go to Friends and Family.
But you cant do it on the new profile - timeline

At least the mutual friends will be seen

its not possible but 1 way delete the mutual friend.......
