My friend is not receiving my friend requests on facebook but he receives other peoples?

hi my friend has not received any friend request i have tried to send him over facebook for the past two months and vice versa yet we both receive them from other people when we have tried adding people but not eachover? made a new account and tried adding him it still does not work? deleted my old account, tried contacting facebook with his username and they didnt get back to me what is the problem? i send one he does not get it i cancel and he sends one i dont get it either could it be our internet connections? i really want him on my friend list

Could he be lying about not getting them? If you can send and receive friend requests to others, that is a plausible solution. Set up a different fb account that in no way hints that is you and send a request from that.

ohh! it is really new to me also but try cancelling the request again and again.
