What happends when you block someone on facebook?

Well i kinda want to block my mom on facebook, cuz everytime she is on facebook, she is always stalking my profile. if i block her, will she be able to see that i blocked her? will she not be able to see any of my posts or my wall?

you wount exist on her facebook she wount exist on yours if amutual friend talks to you in a comment feed then it will look like the friend is talking to their self that always gives it away lol no she wount be notified

When you block someone its basically like they don't exist on facebook for you anymore. Your mom won't be able to access or even see your account if she tried and if she posted anything on your wall or under your pictures her name will appear in black.

But don't you think that's a little rude? I mean, she's your mother. You can always make some things not visible to her.
