FACEBOOK HELP !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Well today my friends deactivated her account and she logged back on and had to wait few hours for all content to come back as this showed up http://tinypic.com/r/14ul4bo/6 . All content came back however you can see her post stuff and comment on stuff although when you try and click on her profile something like this shows up:

This content is currently unavailable
The page you requested cannot be displayed right now. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may have expired, or you may not have permission to view this page.

No one is able to add her and only she can see her profile no one else .Will everything come back to normal ? If so when ? And why is it doing that ? Should she worry about loosing her account?
WILL GIVE BEST ANSWER TO ANYONE WHO HELPS ME OUT !
Nope it hasn't been 24 hours yett

I am only going to guess it hasn't been 24 hours yet. There is probably also a warning that when you deactivate an account that some of the content will be lost. Every thing does not came back up immediately no matter what site you are using.
