How to invite all of my friends to "like" my band page? It isn't showing all my friends?

I'm in a band and we have a facebook page, when I hit the "Build Audience" button, and then hit "Invite Friends", it only shows like 30 of my 150 friends, and a lot of the ones that it does show are grayed out so that I can't invite them. Does anyone know of a way to invite ALL of my friends to "like" my page? I'm absolutely shocked that Facebook has so many issues like this. Would it be THAT hard to put a "Invite All Friends" button on the stupid site? Anyway, if anyone knows of a way to invite all of my friends list, I would be eternally grateful. I have Google Chrome, and I'm talking about the latest version of Facebook.

The thing is, when I select "Search All Friends", it only shows 100 of my friends, the same 100 that I already sent invites to. I need to be able to send invites to the other 50. And OF COURSE, there is no button to click to see the rest of my friends. That would be too useful. Can someone please help me?

Unfortunately, Facebook has been and always be glitchy I think. An "Invite All Friends" button would be awesome and very convenient. I wish they would add it to. But since there isn't one, my advice would be to "share" your fan page with all your friends. Post a status from your personal FB page that includes info and a link to your band page then click "Share." This will send a notice to all your friends. then, as you update the page, share those updates with your friends the same way. This is a great and easy way to promote yourself and I hope it helps.
