how can I get into my boyfriend's email account?

My boyfriend and I share a computer, and he recently changed all his passwords to his facebook, email, etc. I tried downloading one of those free keystroke recorder programs but he noticed it and uninstalled it. Is there any way for me to change the browser settings so it automatically saves his passwords? We have different user profiles on the computer and we both use google chrome to browse.
