You will probably have a better chance for a small fitting. I wear a 3 and the small fits pretty well.

i think a small would fit you well! a medium is usually fits sizes 5-10. i think you would nearly be drowning in a medium! the only way i would say get a medium is if they're made of 100% cotton where they're going to shrink from drying.
