whats the best tablet under $250?
i am looking to get a tablet that is under $250.00. i would like to get able to have facebook, instagram, and some from of texting (like textplus) along with skype. i have looked into the nexus 7 and it is perfect from my needs but impossible to find anywhere to order/buy. i have also looked into the kobo arc but i am unsure if i will be able to get some apps that i need. i live in canada so i would have to be able to buy it here or buy it in the states provided it can be set up in canada. all answers are helpful thank you very much

in fact, if you want to have facebook, instagram, skype and any other number of apps, nexus 7 still seems the best alternative. google are launching this week a new 32GB nexus 7, possibly with 3G connectivity, and rumor has it that a cheap $99 8GB nexus 7 is on the way too. I also expect stocks to be replenished.
as for whether to buy from the states, it shouldn't be a problem. as long as you have a google account, the tablet is pretty much international.
