There Is A Girl In My School Who I Like But I've Been Rejected Twice, Don't Know What Is Going?

So, As Explained In The 'Question' There Is A Girl In My School Who I Have Asked Out Twice Possibly Thrice If You Count The Extra That I Will Add On To The List Of Ways/Times I Asked Her Out. I Am Confused And Don't Know What I Am Doing That Has Made Me Ask So Many Times!!!
1) This Was A Joke Between Me And My Friend... One Of My Friends Found Out That I Liked The Girl In My Class And We Made A Joke That He Would Give Me £5 If He Could Post A Video Of Me Saying That I Liked Her On Facebook, Twitter, Youtube. So I Did. Instead He Went Straight Up To The Girl And Showed Her. She Said She Would Never Go Out With Me #heartbroken .
2)As A Second Attempt I Just Went Up To Her In A Quiet Room And Just Asked Her Out. She Came Up With Some Crap Story That Her Parents Said She Was Too Young To Have A Boyfriend And That She Had To Focus On School (What Utter Crap) So She Said No.
3)As An Attempted Joke I Bought Her A Present On Valentines Day And She Didn't Realise It Was A Joke So She Laughed At Me And Walked Out. All Of My Friends At First Thought It Was A Joke (Which It Was) And Then They Thought It Was Serious.
What Is Wrong With Me, My Life, And In General???
Oh And I Might As Well Add... I Have Never Had A Girlfriend... Not Even One Of Those Things Where You Just Have One So You Could Show Off Sort Of Girlfriends.
Also It Seems Girls Hate Me As I Have Asked Out About 8 Girls In My Lifetime And All Of Them Have Said No. I Come Across As 'Repellent'
We Are Both 13/14. And TBH She Comes Across As The Happiest/Nicest Person You Could Possibly Meet But She Has Some Serious Moments Where You Just Don't Know What You've Done Wrong (If You Have Done Anything Wrong In The First Place). And She Is Very Controlling. And She Snaps Out When You Point Out She's Wrong. That's About All That I Have Noticed So Far. Oh And She Is On A Mission To P*SS Me Off.

Dont worry iv gone through the same shit and i didnt learn nd i kept asking her till she one day decides to go bitch mouth on me so from then on i was really hurt.
But theres nothing wrong with you, you obviously feel she is amazing and can't erase her but things will fix up just stay out of her way and NEVER have a convo about her with your mates... its for the best
