Facebook Customize Privacy Settings?

Ok on facebook theres a place called 'privacy settings'. And you can block certain people from viewing certain things. Well I was wondering if there was a way I could 'Default' those certain ppl on the 'hide this from' tab? Sorry if this is confusing.
