How do I add Facebook and Twitter apps to my LG800G Tracfone?

I just got my new tracfone and it says to add Facebook and Twitter apps on my phone I have to have a SD memory card. Well I got a memory card and I still don't know how to add apps. I went on tracfone.com and there was still nothing on there that showed how to add apps. Does anyone know how to add them on there?

I have the same EXACT question.. But I didn't know we needed an SD card?! I thought all you had to do was go to the website and click "download apps and graphics" or something like that. Then it'll ask for your phone and serial number. After that, I guess you follow the instructions. I've never done it before though. And by the way, do you know if it costs minutes to use the apps? Because I think they charge .5 units for every minute you spend on the app. Not sure though.... Still trying to get used to the phone myself..
