Does anyone know why thousands of people allover the world are not able to use their Twitter account?

Many of us posted info to Get Satisfaction Web site.I met people from all over the world with the same issues.Can't follow people,nor can you be followed.You get emails saying someone is following you,but when you go to your Twitter page ,they are not there.You try to add someone and it doesn't work.And no one can see your Tweets.AND you can't contact Twitter to report the problem.HELP!

Twitter was hacked few days a go. In my view they must be tiring to fix all the loop holes.
