Does He like me or being friendly?

I've been trying to talk to this guy for while, and I think we like each other but don't know how to communicate towards each other. He works at my local grocery store and I see him a lot, and when he sees me he says "hi how are you?" and sometimes he'll have a short conversation with me. And he only does it with me, no one else. I think he told enough people that he likes me were his co-workers go get him when I pop-up at the market. When we see each other it starts off with him smiling at me saying "hey/hi" and I say hi back, we did that for a while until recently. As of lately when he sees me I find him staring at me for a long period of time (and blushing sometimes), wanting to keep the conversation going instead of stocking the food up, he tries to get my attention (did it twice; once by scaring me with the cart and winked at me while he went by, the second by going 'psst' to wave at me), jokes and plays with my relatives (like my grandmother and little cousin). He got his bad points too; I follow him on twitter and he follows back and I did a direct message no reply so far but when I see him he seems more happy to do that than talk with me on twitter. And just the other day I guess he was trying to ignore, so he says hi to some lady who was in front of me [karma got him when he ran into the wall when he said hi to her instead of me lol] but still said hi when I went a head of my grandmother and he said hi to her and when I turned around she told me who said it he then waved at me. I dont know wheather hes being friendly, if he genuinely likes me, or just plain indenial... I think hes cute and all with a great personality but I want him to just say he likes me or at least be my friend (if thats what he wants)!

Unless he blatantly says that he likes you you can only assume that he's just being friendly and thinks you're a pretty nice person to chat with.

Frankly, I think he just wants to be friends and is just doing a little playful flirting to help pass the time by, but don't put it past him to at least CONSIDER you even if he does just want a friendship (first).
