How can I remove a city from the Facebook Timeline map?

How can I remove a city from the Facebook Timeline map?
Clicking "Edit" on my details page only lets me change my current city and home city. I want to remove two other cities from the map.

Click on your Activity Log found on your profile page. Look for when you added the cities you want to delete, and click on the the star to the right of the place you want to delete. You'll then have the option to "Delete Life Event."
