Is she playing hard to get/busy or just not interested?

This girl and I met at Friday during lunch. We talked for awhile and I asked her for my number. She gave it to me and we continued talking. She said that she has work and other stuff to do and sounded like she is busy. I send her a text asking if she is off work or not... no reply. A day later (Saturday), I texted her asking if she and I can get a hot chocolate together sometime... no reply and I searched her on Facebook and found her/ send her a friend invite. Today (Sunday), I'm thinking of actually calling her during dinner and ask her about a date and such. Is she playing hard to get? Is she actually busy with her work still? Or is she simply not interested? I am hoping that I'll get a date with her but I'm just unsure. Am I being creepy here? Should I call her?
Also, she either ignored my friend request or simply didn't check it yet....
